Stars of sport and screen dazzled the packed crowds at Wolverhamptons civic hall as well the millions watching at home on ITV4. What a fabulous line up each of the celebrities teamed up with a top darts player and they certainly looked every inch the professional in their custom made darts shirts manufactured and provided by “Seven Star Promotions”.
Ex England defender Neil Ruddock and former cricketer and reality TV winner Phil Tufnell stole the show with their walk on antics. With their “Hell Raiser” and “The Cat” logos boldly emblazoned on their darts shirts. But it was former olympic hero “Steve Backly” who captured glory as he partnered world no:3 James wade to victory, with Ruddock and his partner, 13 times world champion Phil Taylor their defeated opponents in the final.
